A few weekends ago, I was able to watch a very magical event. You see, my Gram and Pop tied the knot. They had been dating for many many years and decided to get hitched and throw a big party!
The ceremony was beautiful, even though I spent most of it crawling on the floor and making noise. I hope they didn't mind me "talking" through their ceremony. I am so thrilled that I was able to be there for their special moment...when they were announced husband and wife!
The reception was off the hook! I only hung around for an hour our so because it was way past my bedtime, but I heard from mommy, daddy, Aunt Rebecca, and Uncle Andy that the reception was AWESOME!
Here are some pictures from Gram and Pop's wedding.
Me, in my tuxedo, waiting for the fun to begin!
The ceremony. Gram's was beautiful and Pops was lookin' fly!
Gram and Pops shaking their tail-feathers, all night long!
Me, ready to head back to my hotel room for the night. It was past 9:00 p.m. and way past my bedtime.
The next morning, we all went out to breakfast. I got to spend some quality time with the newly married couple. My Gram and Pops are special to me. I think they waited 20+ years to get married so that I could be there!

Happy Halloween!
Happy belated Halloween! This year, for Landon's first halloween, I thought he'd make a super cute jack-o-lantern. Phil thought his costume was rather girly, but I loved it. We traveled to Aunt Rebecca and Uncle Andy's house for dinner and hit up a few houses for some candy! Their neighborhood was decked out for the holiday, for sure. Landon had a great time!
Phil didn't like the hat to this costume as he thought Landon looked like a little girl. I loved it though!
Picture time with Aunt Rebecca and Uncle Andy!
Lookin' more like a little boy with his hood on! He held on to that Twix the entire night. I think he was proud of his very first candy bar (daddy enjoyed eating it later that night)!
Classic Halloween picture...with a giant pumpkin air thingy.
Playing with leaves in the spooky cemetery! Poor Ned is dead! And did you hear what happened to Annie?
Landon seemed intrigued with the skeleton who was in our picture.
Overall, an awesome first Halloween :)
We hope everyone else enjoyed their day too!
