I absolutely love modern medicine and technology! Today, I got to see my little man on an ultrasounds and since it has been over 6 weeks since my last one, I had such an enjoyable time seeing him. And has he grown! He is measuring about 2 weeks ahead of where a large number of babies are at 32 weeks, which means he's growing and healthy! Here are some interesting things I learned today, about Baby Bertucci:
1.) He has turned and is in the head-down position
2.) He has a full head of hair
3.) He is still a boy
Seeing him today made me even more excited to welcome him into our family!
Check out two of the photos from today's ultrasound. Unfortunately, they are blurry, but you can still see how much he has grown since my 20 week ultrasound!
Phil and I are in the homestretch! We wonder how long it will be before we can hold our son and get to enjoy him!

Mid-Pregnancy Photos
I thought I'd play around with our blog and learn how to navigate through it by adding some mid-pregnancy ultrasound photos. Since I'm 31 weeks pregnant, these pictures are 14 weeks old. I can only imagine how much our little man has grown in the past 14 weeks. I have another ultrasounds scheduled for next Tuesday, so I'll be sure to add those pictures after my appointment.
Phil and I sure do enjoy these pictures. We hope you do too!

Nursery Decor & Baby Countdown
So, after faithfully reading and enjoying my brother and sister-in-law's amazing blog for the past three years, Phil and I decided to create one too. As I am embarking on the final weeks of my pregnancy, I thought now would be the perfect time to create a blog that will allow all the people we love and care about to be part of our lives as we welcome our first child into the world.
We are expecting a little boy, who's name will be revealed after his delivery, in February. We are elated and feel truly blessed to become parents to the little man who is growing inside of me. We are currently working on getting his nursery together. And boy have we been busy! We have been painting, assembling, washing, hanging, cleaning, organizing, and decorating for several weeks now and are proud to announce that the room is pretty much ready! We have had such a great time preparing the room together. Phil and I have spent countless hours in the nursery, talking about the future and imagining all of the wonderful changes that we will be embracing soon.
65 days until my due date...we're ready!
